Delete your account

You can permanently delete your BettrUs account and data. This cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way is inside the BettrUs app, where deletion happens straight away:

Open the BettrUs app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab, then tap the edit (pencil) icon at the top to open Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Choose a reason and confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

If you have an active auto-renewing subscription, cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play. This stops future charges — the stores do not let apps cancel a subscription for you.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, enter your account email below. We will verify that the email belongs to you and delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account and login (email, name, phone number)
Your businesses and their settings
All customer feedback and feedback images for your businesses
Uploaded photos (profile picture and business logos)
Support tickets and their attachments
Your subscription link with our payment provider (RevenueCat)
App data stored locally on your device

What we keep

A minimal audit record: your user id, email, name and phone number, the reason you selected for leaving (including any note you typed), and the dates your account was created and deleted — kept to prevent abuse and to meet legal and accounting obligations
Anything we are required to keep by law

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
